摘要

Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rose.) mainly suffers from Rhizobium rot. Maximum disease severity (5.0%) and comparatively minimum yield (81.60 q/ha) were recorded where fingers (5-10 g) were planted. Planting of full mother rhizomes (50-60 g) resulted in minimum disease severity (3.0%) and maximum yield (130.32 q/ha). Tiller (12), disease incidence (28.25%) and maximum yield (265 q/ha) were recorded in application of 70 kg/ha nitrogen dose in ginger field.
