Online learning for the back office

Louis Ellis unveils the Training and Development Academy's online course for administrators. The Training and Development Academy has launched a new online training course for parking charge administrators to maximise back-office efficiencies and improve service standards. The course has been introduced to complement the forthcoming introduction of the new Parking Code of Practice for parking on private land. The Training and Development Academy is a partnership between TRACE Debt Recovery and service provider United Trade and Industry(Uniti), which also administers the International Parking Community trade association.
