摘要

The present study was aimed at investigating enzyme activities in liver and kidney of albino rats exposed to sublethal concentrations of cadmium, lead and sulphur dioxide individually and in combination. Significant increase in activities of Glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), Glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT), Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and Acid phosphatise (ACP) were observed in both liver and kidney enzymes. Impact of cadmium was higher than that of lead. More marked alterations were observed in kidney.
