BETWEEN THE WORLD RENDERERS ORGANIZATION (WRO), an international association with its headquarters located at 500 Montgomery Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, United States of America, represented by its President Mr David Kaluzny II,AND THE WORLD ORGANISATION FOR ANIMAL HEALTH (OIE), an intergovernmental organization, created by the International Agreement for the creation of the Office International des Epizooties, done in Paris, 25 January 1924, with its headquarters located at 12 rue de Prony, 75017 Paris, France, represented by its Director General Dr Bernard Valla.
