China's dominance in the graphene market is set to subside,according to a report from IDTechKx Research,as the material's affordability increases.According to the report,Graphene,2D Materials and Carbon Nanotulbes: Markets,Technologies and Opportunities 2019-2029,non-Chinese graphene producers are securing more contracts and scaling up business.Based on publication and patent numbers,China started to become the centre of graphene research and commercial activity around five years ago.Bui research grants and graphene expertise outside of China have created communities of trained scientists and engineers,leading to the build-up of laboratory and pilot-scale equipment.
