We would like to describe the second case of Gaucher's disease and littoral cell angioma (LCA) association.A 12-year-old boy was admitted for diffuse abdominal pain predominant on the left hypochondrium 15 days after a bike fall. Physical examination revealed a splenomegaly. Abdominal ultrasonographic examination showed a subcap-sular splenic hematoma and an enlarged spleen containing several nodular lesions measuring up to 15 mm. Then a splenectomy was performed.
