摘要

The beta cells in the pancreas have fewer antioxidant enzymes than cells in other organs, making beta cells more vulnerable to oxidative damage. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of ldk-chitosan nanoparticles on apoptosis induced by oxidative stress in pancreatic beta cells. It was found that ldk-OA-chitosan nanoparticles (ldk-OA/CS NPs) can inhibit the cell death by oxidation induced by caspase-3 and other apoptotic phase openers. In addition, ldk-chitosan nanoparticles have the ability to scavenge reactive oxygen species induced by oxidized house force and effectively enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in cells. We found that ldk-chitosan nanoparticles can alleviate the depolarization of the membrane potential of mitochondria, and increase ATP production due to oxidized house force. These nanoparticles can restore the insulin secretion function of beta cells.
