LANSING, Mich.—State-owned oil and gas lease rights for large pockets of acreage in three Central Basin Michigan counties — Gladwin, Arenac and Midland—will be offered at an oral-bid public auction scheduled to take place on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017 at the Lansing Center, located at 333 E.
