Psychoanalysts have accumulated a great deal of knowledge on how psychodynamic interpretations can be generated, how they can be implemented and which alterations are attempted to be achieved with them. In contrast, this article is based on the practice. It summarizes what psychoanalysts really do and what they think about it.
