摘要

This article presents a method to achieve the vibration response of wheel-rail beam system on the container crane and to reduce the vibration and improve the trolley speed. To investigate the coupled vibration of a trolley-beam dynamic system, the governing equation is excited to obtain the interaction during the trolley travel on the beam at high speed. We studied the wheel-rail beam system in the container crane and as the structure of the container crane is huge, its beam span is more than 80 m long, the trolley runs on the large elastic beam, the beam deformation will have a significant impact on the structure. The dynamic load produced by the trolley acts on the elastic rail of the beam, which makes major deformation and vibration of the beam. To achieve the procedure of large steel structure on coupling vibration response on the container crane, the model of trolley-beam coupling of large-span elasticity beam with finite element methods and using multi-body dynamic simulation is built. Analysis of trolley-beam coupling is made based on the crawl impact of trolley. We found that the trolley with the elastic wire rope has a real-time dynamic loading effect and it changes the coupled vibration features in the operation. Via analysis on crane vibration of different trolley speed and simulation, the actual artificial frame wave is obtained. The excitation response amplitude by horizontal load has been obtained and it has great effect on the transmissibility performance of the container crane. This study shows that the vibration of the wheel-rail beam system cannot be neglected when increasing the trolley speed on the crane. The vibration response features of partial impact on ground point are done when trolley is running. The measures had been found to reduce the vibration of the container crane operating at high speed.
