The Case IH 150 and 250 series harvesters were officially launched in Australia last year. While the combines retain the company's long-standing Axial-Flow, single, longitudinal rotor design, several key changes were made, including to the feeder house design (new geometry and dual tilt cylinders), transmission and the introduction of AFS Harvest Command - an automation system to make operation easier.The 250 series has 7250, 8250 and 9250 models and the 150 series has the single 7150 machine. Grain tank capacity is 14,400 litres on the 8250 and 9250 models and the range peaks with the 9250 which has a 466kW (634hp) FPT engine. The rotor is 762mm in diameter and 2638mm in length.
