The number of portable liquid containers(PLCs)in the 175 l capacity class shipped in 2019 decreased 14% from the previous year to 6,200.This does not appear to result from the impact of Covid-19,but rather from a fall in demand for containers due to economic recession and the higher consumption tax implemented fall in 2019.
