Fuel cell moulding

摘要

In the rubber injection moulding machinery arena,Lyon-Corbas,France-based producer REP International highlighted a cell for the manufacture of fuel cell separators.Among the challenges are shot-size accuracy for such thin parts with very tight tolerances as well as requirements for flash-free moulding,automation and the need to avoid deformation.In a recent demonstration,REP put a unit,equipped with a 160-tonne CIO V410 Extended injection machine,through its paces:providing waste-free,flashless moulding of these parts.
