Cooper completes purchase of GRT (Ge Rui Da Rubber Co., Ltd.), Qingdao

Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (CTB) has completed its purchase of a 65% interest in China-based Qingdao Ge Rui Da Rubber Co., Ltd. (GRT) under terms that were previously announced. The new logo unveiling ceremony of thejoint-venture company was performed in Qingdao on 12th December. Local government officials, delegates from Chinese tire industry association and Qingdao University of Science and Technology attended the activity.
