Birla Cellulose's Grasim Cellu-losic Division at Vilayat in India has successfully commissioned the Car-bon-disulphide Adsorption Plant (CAP) and has achieved for the viscose manufacturing process the stringent level of sulphur-to-air emission norms stipulated in the EU BAT references.
