Even though our winter was quite mild in comparison to previous years, I think we can all agree we are looking forward to the near arrival of spring. The Sheep Producers' Association of Nova Scotia (SPANS) office has been busy planning upcoming workshops and meetings for the spring.The SPANS board of directors changed at the November2020 annual meeting and Joseph Leek took over as president from Fred Hamilton, who we wish to thank for his time serving. Joining Joseph Leek on the new executive is Andrew MacLennan as vice-president and Meghan Spares as secretary-treasurer. A full list of the SPANS board is available on our website nssheep.ca.
