Asia Brent: Price Rebounding, But Risks Linger

We have made an upward adjustment to our oil price forecast this month. We now forecast global benchmark Brent to average USD58.0/bbl and USD56.0/bbl in 2021 and 2022, respectively, up from USD53.0/bbl and USD51.0/bbl previously. In large part this refects an adjustment to the base: prices have been rallying since November and have begun the year at a higher level than we had anticipated.
