Transneft revises 2021 forecast

Pipeline operator Transneft has revised higher its forecast for refned products transport in 2021, but projected crude shipments are roughly stable. It now expects product shipments by pipeline of 37.1mn t, up by 2.2pc from its original 36.3mn t prediction at the start of 2020, Transneft vice-president Sergei Andronov told a recent frst-quarter results conference call. Crude shipments remain at 439mn t (8.8mn b/d), but could rise to 440mn t, he said.
