摘要

Refined products exports from the FSU increased by nearly 10pc on the month on a daily average basis to 11.79mn t in November, as Russian refineries boosted output after maintenance. Gasoil and diesel exports were nearly 12pc higher on the month at 3.36mn t. Shipments of 10ppm sulphur diesel from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk — the largest outlet for the grade in the FSU — rose by 14.5pc to 900,000t. The 160,000 b/d Taif refinery in Nizhnekamsk increased shipments through Primorsk by 14.8pc to 100,000t after launching a 1mn t/yr vacuum gasoil (VGO) hydrocracker in early November. And with a 2.7mn t/yr vacuum residue hydrocracker coming on line later this month, a further boost to Taif’s Primorsk loadings is expected — scheduled at 150,000t in December.
