Ireland's MRP biomass project up for sale

Ireland’s Mayo Renewable Power biomass-fired plant project is up for sale after entering liquidation last year. The Irish high court appointed accountancy firm Grant Thornton as liquidator last year, and the firm has now set a tender deadline of 21 January 2018. The plant could be sold for completion in situ or for break up, Grant Thornton partner Michael McAteer said.
