The competition for the compensated FEED for Shell’s HA project off Nigeria has taken yet another twist with one of the leading consortia having been split up and the competition now open once again. Originally six groups were shortlisted and received tender documents about 18 months ago for the pre-FEED for the shal- low water platform and FSO project. Two contenders are to be chosen to go forward to conduct a compensated FEED and one will be chosen for the full EPC contract.
