FAR Senegal Sangomar decision after last minute bid

Shareholders in FAR are having to decide on whether to sell only it’s interest in the Sangomar project off Senegal or the entire company for a higher price after a suitor came forward with a last minute bid. FAR puts its 13.67% interest in the deepwater project up for sale as it was unable to raise fnancing for its cash calls during the pandemic.
