Prequalifcation documents start to be submitted today for Eni’s giant US $5.5 Bn A and E Structure project on and off- shore Libya. The development in the shallow waters of NC 41 has been delayed several times but stands a better chance than many in the country of seeing a fnal investment decision this year as it is safer offshore.
