BW finalises contract for Gabon drilling starting April

BW will now restart drilling at its Dussafu block off Gabon in April with a rig contract finalised for exploration and development wells. The company had previously handed out a letter of intent to Borr for the Norve jack-up for two firm wells lasting until July with an option for another well. The first firm well will finish off the latest phase of its Tortue project. Two development wells were left uncompleted when the pandemic struck.
