Eni has started the tendering process for new deepwater tie-backs off Angola and potentially also an FPSO. Expressions of interest are due in tomorrow (February 19) for two separate contracts: one for an umbilical system and the sec-ond for the supply of fowlines and transportation and installa-tion including umbilicals, fowlines and subsea structures. There is also a third contract for the supply of two anchor handling tugs to support mooring in Block 15/06 while some FPSO owners are reporting vague and tentative contact for a leased vessel for the country.
