Apex hoping for three from three in Egypt's Western Desert

Apex International Energy is hoping to make it three in a row after making two discoveries with the first pair in a trio of exploration wells in Egypt. The company operates the Southeast Meleiha Concession in the Western Desert. It has just uncovered 65ft (20m) of oil pay in Cretaceous sandstones with the SEMZ well around 10km from the producing Zarif field.
