Eni fast-tracks new Angolan tie-back

Eni has made a new discovery off Angola and aims to fast-track the project and tie it back to an existing FPSO within six months. The Cuica fnd has just been discovered in Block 15/06 in the existing Cabaca development area which is tied back to the Armada Olombendo FPSO on the East Hub. The feld is estimated to hold be- tween 200m and 250m bbl of oil in place and was drilled as a deviated well with the wellhead intentionally close to the existing subsea network.
