Magseis Fairfeld has been awarded a contract for a deepwa-ter Ocean Bottom Node baseline survey (3D) offshore Angola for an unnamed “major international energy company”. The project is expected to start next quarter and run for approxi-mately three months. Aberdeen based ASCO has won two vessel monitoring contracts in West Africa worth US $3.5m. The contracts include provision of ASCO’s fully managed vessel monitoring service for collision risk management, along with an entire feld monitoring solution inclusive of design, procurement, installa-tion, maintenance and monitoring.
