Decklar Resources is trying to take over redevelopment of another marginal field in Nigeria near the Oza field where it will shortly drill its first well.The company has signed a letter of intent to buy Purion Energy which is entering into a risk finance and technical services agreement with Prime Exploration and Suffolk Petroleum which hold the Asaramatoru field.The field is also in OML 11 only 40km from Oza where a rig has arrived to re-enter and test the Oza-1 well before drilling a horizontal development well.Asaramatoru was awarded in
