Nigerian HA bidding blockage to be removed

The five remaining consortia hoping to be the chosen ones whittled down to conduct the FEED for Shell’s HA project off Nigeria have now been told the blockage in the system will be removed to allow bidding to progress within weeks. Almost exactly 15 months ago the original tender documents were sent to six consortia which were shortlisted to conduct the compensated pre-FEED for what was then a shallow water platform and FSO project.
