Shell sets new fast-track timetable for Nigerian HA

Shell met with the consortia battling to win the compensated FEED for its revised HA project off Nigeria earlier this week and finally unveiled a new fast-track timetable. The original tender documents were sent almost exactly one year ago to the six consortia which were selected from the original 180 bidders to conduct the compensated pre-FEED for the shallow water platform and FSO project.
