Senegal SNE project approvals delayed until after election

While Woodside is still thinning down contractors for its SNE project off Senegal the FID date has been put back. Companies are expected to be chosen for FEED next quarter with an FID now in the second quarter of 2019 compared to the previous date of first quarter. This means all government approvals will be needed following the presidential elections in February, something Woodside and partner Caim had been hoping to avoid.
