Invictus gets Zimbabwe farm-in offer ahead of drilling

Invictus Energy has received a farm-in offer for its acreage in Zimbabwe where it is preparing to award a seismic contract ahead of drilling later this year. The Australian frm holds Block SG 4571 in Zimbabwe’s far north near the border with Mozambique. A report from Getech lifted gross mean reserves at the Mzarabani pros-pect on the block to 8.2 Tcf of gas and 250m bbl of conden-sate. Invictus says it is the largest undrilled gas structure onshore Africa.
