A formal offer by Victoria Oil & Gas to buy gas from New Age’s planned Etinde project off Cameroon has lapsed al- though the companies are still in discussions. Last January Victoria signed a non-binding letter of intent with New Age for 25 MMcf/d of gas from an onshore plant supplied from the shallow water Etinde project that would then be transported to Douala.
