Shell Nigeria HI bids in with Saipem leading

Saipem is being strongly tipped to take the spoils in Shell’s HI project with commercial tenders having just been submitted and due to be opened later this month. The operator’s HA project is also now not far behind with technical tenders due in less than a fortnight. Two rival consortia were chosen to conduct compensated FEED work in late 2019 for the shallow water HI gas and con-densate project. The feld is in OML 144 and Shell is acting as technical operator on behalf of Sunlink.
