Zenith Energy continued its expansion with the acquisition of Candax’s share in a feld in Tunisia and sees other opportuni- ties “in the near-term”. Over the last two years Zenith has bought into producing felds in Tunisia and Congo Brazzaville and is trying to buy more in both countries as well as Nigeria. Tunisia in particular could provide rich pickings as operators are leaving because of fscal and political concerns.
