摘要

A propranolol molecule-imprinted monolithic stationary phase(MIMSP) was synthesized by in situ technique. The recognition mechanism ofthe polymers and the influences of some chromatographic conditions were exam-ined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The imprinted poly-mers showed much higher selectivity for β-blockers than the nonimprintedpolymers (NIPs) did, which proves the successful preparation of propranolol-imprinted polymers by using an in situ technique. Then, this technique was usedto prepare a molecularly imprinted polymer solid-phase extraction column toconcentrate propranolol from biological samples. The results showed that theimprinted solid-phase extraction column could selectively enrich and purifypropranolol from biological samples, such as plasma.
