It is a truth universally acknowledged, that recycling is big business these days— at least it should be— across all sectors of industry. But the policies and practicalities of keeping battery waste in check is not uniform. I'm not talking about lead. A near-100% recycling record— after a learning curve spanning more than two hundred years— is an enviable achievement in anyone's book.
