摘要

This study investigaed the acute toxicity of abamectin to selected species of aquatic organisms, the golden apple snail Pomacea canaliculata, the silver barb Barbodes gonionotus and the tadpole of the frog Hoplobatrachus rugulosus. Tested animals wereexposed to different concentrations of abamectin (0-21.87 pg/L) for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hr. The 24-hour LC50 values of the golden apple snail, silver barb, and tadpole were 2.43, 3.08, and 0.91 pg/L, respectively. The 48-hour LC50 values were 2.05, 1.10and 0.82 pg/L respectively. The 72-hour LC50 values were 1.98, 0.93, and 0.79 pg/L, respectively. The 96-hour LC50 values were 1.85, 0.86, and 0.74 pg/L, respectively. The animals showed abamectin sensitivity as tadpole > silver barb > golden apple snail. Our data suggested that abamectin was extremely toxic to the golden apple snail, silver barb, and tadpole (LC50 < 0.01 mg/L).
