Comment: Why regulators must take note of the new focus on independent scientific advice

The global public health crisis caused by Covid-19 is far from over, but it is already clear that the world has much to learn from it. That includes the chemicals regulatory community which needs to take note of the way in which governments around the world have used independent scientific advice to form policy responses to the pandemic.
