China publishes draft guidance on cosmetics registration and filing

The Chinese National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) has published two draft technical guidance documents on the registration and filing of cosmetics and new cosmetic ingredients. The drafts, published on 28 August, were: the Regulations for Cosmetics Registration and Filing Data; and the Regulations for Registration and Filing of New Cosmetic Materials.
