Anglo American meets 2020 production guidance at Minas-Rio

Anglo American posted a strong performance for the whole 2020 at its Minas-Rio iron ore mining project in Brazil. The company managed to reach the earlier set production target despite the COVID?19 crisis. Production at Minas-Rio was 24.1 million t in 2020, up by 4% compared to the previous year result, despite the one-month planned stoppage for a routine internal scanning of the pipeline in Q3, according to the company report.
