Buyer activity was generally slow in the Vietnamese HRC import market as most local manufacturers refused to accept higher quotes, with only several deals concluded at the new level. The majority of Chinese HRC suppliers increased their HRC offers this week after return from the holidays. Offers for (SAE1006, 2 mm) from traders were heard at $700?720/t CFR, compared to $655?665/t in early February.
