DMS North America acquires Component Guys

Die Mold Services North America Corp. (DMS), a mold component supplier in Oldcastle, Ont., has acquired Windsor, Ont.-based competitor Component Guys Inc. The founders of Component Guys - Frank Iatonna, president, and Jason Mayville, general manager - formerly worked at DMS. Iatonna was the president for five years, and Mayville used to be DMS' purchaser.
