LT Corp.(Cleveland,Miss.),the parent company of Quality Steel Corp.and LP Cylinder Service Inc.,announced Oct.28 the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Buckeye Fabricating Co.Buckeye Fabricating(Springfield,Ohio),founded in 1963,fabricates custom-designed welded steel ASME pressure vessels and non-code tanks.The company serves a variety of end users in multiple industries and has established itself as one of the prominent producers of custom fabricated pressure vessels and process tanks in the U.S.
