Ukraine oil output down as refineries remain shuttered

Kiev-Ukraines crude oil and gas condensate output fell by 4.6% year on year and 2.1% from August to 184,000 mt in September, the energy and coal industry ministry reported Tuesday. Ukraine produced 1.677 million mt of oil and condensate in January-September, down 9% a year earlier, the ministry said. The national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny produced 1.507 million mt of oil and condensate in January-September, down 8.9% year on year. Other companies extracted 162,900 mt of oil and condensate, down 7.2% year on year.
