Moscow-Russia could see its oil production rise above previous official forecasts this year after the failure to agree a freeze by key oil producers in Doha, Russian deputy energy minister Kirill Molodtsov said Tuesday. Russia may raise its output in excess of 540 million mt, or 10.815 million b/d, this year, Molodtsov told reporters in Moscow, adding that he expects the oil market to rebalance on its own by February next year.
