摘要

London-The eastern Libyan oil terminal of Marsa el-Hariga is currently closed and crude loadings have been halted, due to a protest by workers at the port, sources said. The reason for the closure is a dispute over payments to the Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG), a security force in charge of protecting the country’s oil terminals. Disharmony between PFG and the stateowned National Oil Corporation at Libyan oil terminals has been a regular feature in the country and has had a sizable impact on its oil output.
