DNO completes first phase of Kurdistan drilling

Dubai—Norwegian independent oil and gas producer DNO has completed the first phase of its latest drilling campaign at the Tawke oil field in the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq, the company said Thursday. Four new production wells at Tawke, the largest producing field in Kurdistan, were drilled, with three targeting the shallow Jeribe reservoir and one drilling down to the deeper Cretaceous reservoir.
