Blueknight plans East Texas to USGC line

New York—A new oil pipeline linking the East Texas Eaglebine/Woodbine play to Oiltanking’s Houston Ship Channel crude and products terminal is being planned by midstream company Blueknight Energy Partners, that company said Wednesday. The 100,000 b/d Knight Warrior pipeline, expected online by March 2016, will be expandable up to 200,000 b/d, Blueknight said in a statement. The pipeline will serve Eaglebine/Woodbine crude producers via two origination stations near North Zulch and Madisonville. A third station near Roans Prairie is planned to accommodate future production growth.
